- W912K6-16-Q-0047 Notice Type: Special Notice Posted Date: June 9, 2016 Response Date: June 17, 2016 1000 AM EST Original Set Aside: N/A Set Aside: N/A Classification Code: NAICS Code: 541519 Synopsis: "Sole Source Notice" Maryland Army National Guard (MDARNG) intends to award a sole source firm-Fixed Price contract for AssetWorks One time AiM user's set up; in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(a)(1)(i) and 13.106-1(a)(2)(b) to AssetWorks, LLC.1777 NE Loop 410, Suite 1250, San Antonio, TX 78217. Anticipated Award date is June 17, 2016. This item is Commercial of the Shelf (COTS). AssetWorks, LLC is the single developer and only licensed distributor of the AiM Suite product(s). AssetWorks does not distribute nor make available any of their product(s) and /or training or professional/implementation to any third party or partner with the purpose of reselling or maintaining this product. In addition, the software is intellectual property and is protected under US Copyright laws. This requirement is for: CLIN0001 QTY ITEM DESCRIPTION 1 AssetWorks - Concurrent hosting User Fee CLIN0002 QTY ITEM DESCRIPTION 1 AssetWorks - One time user's fee These items must be delivered to: no later than 15 July 2016 on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 591519, small business size standard: $27.5 Million Dollars. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the items/services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these items/services. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered.
