Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source contract to Teo Technologies, dba Tone Commander, 11609 49TH PL W, Mukilteo, WA, 98275-4255. This award is to provide Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) Phones aboard MCB Camp Lejeune, NC. Justification for the Sole Source is due to the need for devices that have been approved by the Defense Information Systems Agency which meets the security measures required. Cage Code 58404; Reference NAICS Code 334210. CLIN 0001 Quantity (100) each, TSG-6 ISDN SCIF Phone (Part Number 1010287901). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Quotes may also be submitted via electronic mail to crystal.turner@usmc.mil. The Quoter bears the risk of non-receipt of facsimile or electronic mail transmissions and should confirm by telephone that any quote was received. This purchase will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.
