- NNX16ZXD020R SF1449 Solicitation Form The NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) has a requirement for NASA sites across the United States. The requirements are to provide a third-party ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and AS 9100 Registrar Services to include (a) auditing of NASA operations to determine conformance with the requirements of those standards as applicable, (b) recommendation for, and issuance of registration, or continuation of existing registration as appropriate to the then current version of each standard, and (c) reporting audit results. Each NASA site will maintain current registrations. If requested by NASA, the Contractor may provide additional registration services. See attached Statement of Work (SOW). The proposed contract will utilize an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract structure. The contract will be administered by the NASA Shared Services Center located at Stennis Space Center, MS. Audits are scheduled to start under this procurement by October 2016. Pre-audit activities may start immediately following contract award. The period of performance will include a one year base and four one year options. This procurement is for Woman-owned Small Business (WOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $15 million. Estimated award date for this contract is August 1, 2016 with a period of performance of a one year base with 4 one year options. Estimated award amount is $10,000.00 to $300,000.00 per year, for five (5) years. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation. Oral communications (ie. phone calls) are not acceptable in response to this notice. All questions concerning this solicitation must be in writing to Kay.S.Doane@nasa.gov and received by June 21, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. CST. Questions of any nature or in any form shall not be directed to the technical activity personnel. Questions will be answered by June 23, 2016 in the form of an amendment to the RFP in FedBizOps (FBO). Proposals are due on June 30, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. CST. Proposal shall be submitted in electronic format only to Kay.S.Doane@nasa.gov. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
