Description

This is a sources sought request for potential vendors to respond to this requirement to determine the market for Pharmaceutical Waste Disposal. The Veterans Administration is seeking to award a contract(s) for Pharmaceutical Waste Disposal at the VISN 15 Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers. The Contractor shall provide full information on the concept for Pharmaceutical Waste Disposal Services, in compliance with the regulatory guidance and EPA disposal requirements, the manufacturer's recommendations, and all other applicable laws, regulations, rules, ordinances, codes, as well as small business size and classification (SDVOSB,SB, VOSB, etc.) Pharmaceutical Waste Disposal for the various Community Based Outpatient Clinics and the main hospital facility located at: Dwight David Eisenhower (DDE) Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), 4101 S 4th Street, Leavenworth, KS 66048, Colmery O'Neil VAMC, 2200 SW Gage Blvd Topeka, KS 66622, Jefferson Barracks VAMC, 1 Jefferson Barracks Drive St Louis, MO 63125, John Cochran VAMC, 915 N Grand St Louis, MO 63106, John J. Pershing VAMC, 1500 N. Westwood Blvd Poplar Bluff Mo 63901, Harry S. Truman Veterans VAMC, 800 Hospital Drive Columbia, MO 65201. The NAISC Code is 562112 and the small business size standard is $38.5 million. All interested vendors should provide a response before 12:00 Noon CST June 15, 2016.
