Description

Amendment 001 Response Address The Jackson Work Center Residence, Building #1016, has received extensive water damage throughout its interior due to a broken water line. The work of this contract includes the demolition and disposal of the building in its entirety. Utilities (water and septic) shall be disconnected outside the building. All building materials, except the concrete foundation and basement slab, shall be disposed of in a legal manner off of the Forest. Concrete may be disposed of by burying on-site. The building was originally constructed in about 1925. The building is conventional frame construction and has outside dimensions of approximately 33' x 37'-9". The building was placed on a new reinforced concrete foundation in 2000. It has a full unfinished basement, finished main floor, and partial 2nd floor. All responses shall be sent to trevorbmattson@fs.fed.us by June 14th, 2016 1600 hours MST.
