Description

Combined Synopsis and Solicitation The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.5(a). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals before the closing date of this solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government intends to negotiate and award contract to Beta CAE Systems (Cage# 45Q14). The United States Army Tank and Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center (TARDEC) in Warren, Michigan has a requirement for the following: ANSA/META local Network License, ver. 16.1.0 on PC's with Linux glibc3.3 or later, OpenGL PC's with win 7/8/10, OpenGL MACs with MAC OS 10.40, OpenGL maintenance service & support (telephone, On-line), software & documentation revisions and updates.
