Description

SPE8E7-16-Q-XXXX This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. DLA Troop Support is conducting market research seeking to identify possible manufacturers that can supply an item similar to NSN 6240-01-362-4902 - LIGHT, LIP, SPECIAL manufactured by Cage Code 0ST81- SEITZ SCIENTIFIC INDUSTRIES INC under P/N ML-8. Interested contractors are requested to review the item description carefully to identify any potential manufacturing challenges and formulate any questions. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice is to gather information that will identify sources for the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced items under a Indeifnite Quantity Contract (IQC). Interested contractors should submit a complete data package for the item on or before July 8, 2016. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this notice. A resultant solicitation will be synopsized on the FedBizOpps website and posted to the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS). It would be the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps and DIBBS websites for any such notices.
