- Description
- Solicitation Cover Letter To All Interested Applicants: The United States Government, represented by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), is seeking applications from qualified United States (U.S.) Citizens and Third Country Nationals (TCNs) to provide personal services as described in the attached solicitation. Submissions shall be in accordance with the attached information, and sent to USAID/Frankfurt by the date and time specified above. Email submissions only shall be sent to FrankfurtHR@usaid.gov. Please quote the number and position title of this solicitation on the subject line of your e-mail submission. It is recommended that applications be sent in as email attachments. Applicants should retain for their record copies of all enclosures which accompany their applications. Please note that USAID/MERP, Frankfurt does not accept responsibility for delays in transmission or receipt of any application. Applications received after the Closing Date and Closing Time specified will not be considered. Receipt of an application in response to this solicitation does not constitute an award commitment. Additionally, it does not commit the U.S. Government to reimburse any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the application. Any submission is at the sole risk of the applicant. Any questions regarding this position should be directed to Diane Moore, Regional Executive Officer, via e-mail at dimoore@usaid.gov no later than the deadline noted above. USAID reserves the right to award, or not to award the contract herein contemplated, subject to availability of funds.
