Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotations. The government intends to solicit a quote and enter into a purchase order with Evco Sound and Electronics, Spokane, WA for the upgrade of equipment and additional installation services for the Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Spokane, WA on the current Rauland code blue/nurses call system. Rauland-Borg has verified Evco Sound and Electronics is the only authorized company in our region to work on the current system. No other manufacturer's items are compatible with this proprietary system. These items/services need to be awarded as soon as possible. The Government may consider all responses received prior to the close date of this announcement. Written responses to this notice shall contain verification from Rauland-Borg as being an authorized distributor in the Spokane, WA region. All responses must be received no later than 13 June 2016, 12:00PM, Pacific Standard Time, and should indicate whether the vendor is a Small Business or Other Than Small Business.
