- This is a Fedbizopps Request for Information for a tentative requirement for an annual subscription to the United States National Directory, 1 server for the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS.). This directory must include Zip+4 codes®, carrier rout, eLOT®, and LOT order information and must be compatible with ACE® (address correction and encoding) software. As part of its market research, BLS is issuing this RFI to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing this subscription. The Government may use the responses to this RFI for information and planning purposes. The anticipated period of performance is one year. All businesses may submit responses. This is a Request for Information using the following NAICS Code: 519190 This RFI is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of BLS' market research. No RFQ exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. Responses to this RFI are not quotes on which BLS can issue any Schedule orders. This RFI is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The Government does not intend to award contracts or BPAs based only on responses to this RFI. All information received in response to this RFI marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI. BLS will not pay for information received in response to this RFI. There is no commitment by the Government to issue an RFQ, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by industry responses to this RFI. Please submit your Capability Statement, no longer than 10 pages. Include if you are a small business, and any relevant information on your company and confirm that you are able to provide an annual subscription to the United States National Directory that is compatible with ACE® software. If your small business has a small business designation, i.e. 8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled, etc. please make sure that information is displayed.
