- The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue RFP N00024-16-R-2461 and award a contract on a sole source basis to Huntington Ingalls Incorporated (Ingalls Shipbuilding), 1000 Access Road, Pascagoula, MS 39568 for LHA 7 Post Delivery planning support efforts. The resulting contract will be awarded on a sole source basis because Ingalls is uniquely qualified with the requisite background, knowledge, and experience required. The Government is not soliciting, nor will it accept, proposals as a result of this synopsis.
