Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETATIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation will be issued. The Department of Veteran's Affairs VISN 18, Network Contracting Office, intends to award a sole-source, six (6) month Firm Fixed Price Contract under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements to Mayo Collaborative Services, Inc. The Phoenix VA Health Care System Carl T. Hayden currently has a contract for Pathology & Laboratory Reference Work. The current contract was awarded under VA258-15-P-0142 to Mayo Collaborative Services, LLC. This interim Contract is intended to insure support until the new contract is awarded. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621511, Medical Laboratories with a small business size standard of $32.5 million.
