Description

The VA Mid-South Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) requires compactor lease in addition to refuse and recycling services at 5171 Sam Jared Drive, Murfreesboro, Tennessee 37130. Services are for the period 1 August 2016 through 31 July 2017. All vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) to submit quotes on this contract. This contract is a set aside of Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site for the solicitation and any amendments thereof. This contract is for a base year and four options for renewal. The VA CMOP is in the process of transitioning from its Sam Jared Drive location to another facility. Services are required until the Sam Jared Drive site ceases operation. The facility closing date is undetermined at this time. Technical questions may be addressed to the COR. Any questions regarding the solicitation or contract are to be addressed ONLY to the Contract Officer. Onsite Visits: Bidders should inspect the VA premises prior to submitting bids in order to be fully aware of the scope of services required. Failure to do so will not relieve the successful bidder from performing in accordance with the strict intent and meaning of the specifications without additional cost to the Government. Site visits must be concluded by 24 June 2016. Prospective bidders may call at the COR, Branden Penston, at 615-225-3442 between 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
