Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) - FAR 13.501(a), sole source (including brand name) acquisitions, to Executive Information Systems, LLC ("EIS") with offices at 6901 Rockledge Drive, Suite 600, Bethesda, Maryland 20817 to procure licenses and maintenance and support in support of the Department of Defense Office of Inspector General (DoDIG), Office of Mission Support Team (MST), Chief Information Office (CIO), (DoDIG/MST/CIO) Branch, in support of the Statistical Analysis System (SAS). The contractor will be responsible for providing updates and software support to the branch's SAS system. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance from June 21, 2016 through December 20, 2016 for the base period with one (1), 12 month option period. NAICS code for this requirement is 541519. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS. No solicitation package will be issued. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to perform the requirement and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror's capability to provide these services.
