- DLA Land Warren intends to solicit for the following item: Final Drive Assembly, NSN: 2520-01-061-5766, Part Number: 12253512. Military A packaging. Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Long Term Contract. Minimum Quantity: 51 EA, Maximum Quantity: 594 EA. FOB Destination. The Technical Data Package is competitive with purchase parts estimated at 10-50% of the total cost. The requirement will be solicited as a total small business set aside. This notice of intent is not a Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP will be released to the FedBizOpps website (fbo.gov) on or around 30 June 2016; the proposal due date will be on or around 1 Aug 2016 (see solicitation for actual proposal due date once solicitation is released). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement or proposal which will be considered by the agency. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued; you must download a copy of the solicitation from the FedBizOpps website. The solicitation will contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, which allows for the use of a reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com.
