Description

Sole Source Justification Sole Source Justification Gordon Health Contracting Cell-Provisional is issuing a Notice for a firm fixed price contract for newborn screening services which is issued in accordance with the acquisition procedures FAR 19.502(a) and the newborn screening services acquisition of the GAO-03-449 Report to Congress Newborn Screening, National Newborn Screening & Global Resource Center website. Acquisition for services indicates the laboratory services can be met by commercial items, which are identified services within the state supported public health lab for newborn screening program. Acquisition of services are being acquired IAW Defense Health Agency Medical Operations Group and the Surgeon General, decision for compliance for newborn screening services offered by the state agencies for Reginal Health Command (RHC) Military Treatment Facilities (MTF). Award to be made through the Georgia Department of Public Health, The Georgia Newborn Screeening Program. The location of this service is Winn Army Community Hospital, Fort Stewart GA. The estimated cost for services is $31,500 for period of performance Date of Award to 30 September 2016.
