- Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles (FMTV) A2 Production Industry Day #2 CLASSIFIED BREAKOUT SESSION Registration Instructions Purpose: Forum to provide information to authorized industry partners on the FMTV A2 production contract draft Request for Proposal (RFP) prior to the release of the Final RFP with regards to Classified and Controlled Information and to receive feedback Date: Wednesday, 22 June 2016 Time: 2:30 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. (Eastern Time) Registration 2:00 P.M. Badge Pick-up between 1:00P.M. & 2:00 P.M. Location: U.S. Army Garrison-Detroit Arsenal 6501 E. Eleven Mile Road Bldg. 230, 2nd Floor (Floyd-Swint Conference Room) Warren, MI 48312 Transportation: Responsibility of the attendee. Dress: Military - Combat Uniform / Civilian - Business Topics: Controlled Information, Classified Performance Specification, and Discussion of Underbody Test and Evaluation Security Advisory: a. Attendees must be US citizens with a SECRET Clearance or higher. b. Criminal records background checks may be conducted on all individuals attending PdM-MTV Industry Days unless they possess a valid Common Access Card (CAC), military identification or other federal credentials. c. Attendees will be required to show a valid form of identification (U.S. passport, state-issued driver's license, state-issued identification). d. All vehicles may be inspected upon arrival at the Detroit Arsenal. Drivers may be required to show valid proof of insurance. e. No weapons, cameras or recording devices will be allowed on the Detroit Arsenal. No photography, videotaping or recording with cellular devices will be permitted. f. Federal Law prohibits the possession of firearms or other dangerous weapons in designated federal facilities with or without the intent to commit a crime, by all persons not specifically authorized by Title 18, United States Code, Section 930(d). Conviction carries penalties of up to five (5) years imprisonment and a $5,000 fine. Weapons will not be allowed regardless of the individuals CPL or FFL status. Registration Information: • Registration is open through June 16, 2016. • All attendees will be required to sign a Government provided Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to receiving any Classified information. • Submit all Visit Access Requests through JPAS to SMO Code W4GGAA*. List your POC/Sponsor as Matthew Curis, 586-282-5862. In your JPAS request, enter the following Reason for Visit: "Meeting; Additional Information: FMTVA2 Breakout Session". • Enter the 11 Mile and obtain Visitor badge from the Visitor Center. Registration Instructions: *Pre-Registration is mandatory in order to attend. The Government will confirm receipt of your registration within one week of submission. Please submit the following information electronically to usarmy.detroit.acc.mbx.fmtv-a2@mail.mil no later than close of business 16 June 2016 to pre-register for Industry Day #2 CLASSFIED Breakout Session. Seating in the Floyd-Swint Conference Room is limited to the first select 24 registrants with valid need to know for PdM-MTV Armoring and Survivability Systems. Due to space limitations, each organization (a single industry business unit or institution of higher learning at a geographical location) is limited to one attendee. Clearly provide the following information: 1. Individual attendee's full name 2. Individual attendee's e-mail address 3. Company name 4. Company Cage Code 5. Telephone number 6. Citizenship Status 7. Identify if your company is a U.S.-based firm along with the address of your U.S.-based headquarters. 8. Specify Security Clearance Level 9. Verification of active Common Access Card (CAC) or Military ID 10. Verification of former government employment, retired military status, or currently employment with the Guard or Reserve 11. Do you wish to have your company name included on a list of attendees to be distributed to conference attendees? 12. Provide Secure Internet Protocol (SIPR) E-Mail address, if applicable 13. Provide the following Driver's License Information for badge access: a. Driver's License Number b. State of Issue c. Expiration Date d. Date of Birth When submitting pre-registration information, please include "FMTV A2 Industry Day 2 CLASSIFIED Breakout Session Registration" in the email subject line. Question Submittal Instructions: No oral questions are permitted during the conference. Instructions for submitting CLASSIFIED questions will be provided at the CLASSIFIED Breakout Session. The Government does not anticipate answering questions during the conference. Any CLASSIFIED questions received may be addressed via dissemination through Secure Internet Protocol (SIPR) E-Mail or registered mail. If addressed via formal solicitation release, the Government may not respond directly to your question but will incorporate its response into the final solicitation. In any event, the formal solicitation will be the final response to the questions received prior to its release. The Government reserves the right to not respond to all questions received.
