Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO 17), San Antonio, TX intends to negotiate a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), base year plus two (2) Option Year contract with Global Dental Science for Avadent Digital Dentures, 190 Central Park Square, Los Alamos, NM 87544-4001 for the delivery of CAD/CAM Digital Dentures; a scanner with proprietary technology which enables the production of Digitally Design and Manufactured Dentures for the Central Dental Lab, located North Texas Veterans Health Care System located at 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas Texas 75216-7167. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The NAICS code is 339116 and has a size standard of 500 for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 5:00 PM CST, June 21, 2016 to: Benito.Canales2@va.gov. Please send responses with Subject: 549-16-1-235-0002 Fabricated Digital Dentures. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement is based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
