Description

Searching for vendors using NAICS 621999 and provides Mobile Lithotripsy Services. The contractor shall provide Mobile Lithotripsy Services, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) equipment and related technical support (minimum of two (2) lithotripsy specialists) at the VA Medical Center, Alexandria, LA, two (2) Wednesday afternoons per month for an estimated 48 patients per year. The VA estimates that there will be 1 to 3 patients per visit. The procedure(s) shall include single stone and multiple stones procedures per unilateral or bilateral episode.
