Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office/NCO7 intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Creative Health Care Management, Inc. for foundational education and consultation services in the Relationship-Based Care (RBC) model. The RBC model accelerates nurse-physician collaboration, breaks silos between services, and provides a framework for doctors and nurses to provide quality care through strong professional relationships. This contract action is for services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) as a brand name acquisition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation will be forthcoming. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested vendors may submit capability statements for future requirements. Information can be sent to the Contract Specialist via email at daniel.brooker@va.gov NLT 4:30pm (EST) 15 June 2016.
