- J & A Solicitation This is a combined Synopsis and Solicitation to commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number N62793-16-R-0026 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is an unrestricted requirement and shall be a firm fixed price (FFP) contract award. The requirement is requesting contractual services in support of Fiber Optics Installation located at Supervisor of Shipbuilding Newport News (SUPSHIPNN). This is a sole source requirement to Huntington Ingalls Incorporated. The proposed agreement action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The solicitation period will close on 27 Jun 2016 at 11:00 A.M. Eastern standard time.
