As of 29 July 2012, the FAR 4.1201 requirement is satisfied by providing representations and certifications in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Active representations and certifications previously entered in ORCA have transferred to SAM. Awardee may be required to submit Representations and Certifications (FAR 52.212-3) if not already submitted via SAM. 3. Payment: Payment for this action will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) through the Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) utilizing Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
