- tech. specs This pre-solicitation notice is for a peak power analyzer which shall be manufactured in accordance with SCAT 4940 dated 11 March 2016. The purchase description is attached to this notice. The Government anticipates issuing a firm-fixed-price 5-year IDIQ contract with an estimated yearly quantity of 80 each. The Government plans to issue a single award. The planned contract periods are three base years and two, one-year option periods.
