Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency intends to award a sole source contract to Standard & Poor's, as a result of them providing corporate, country, and issuer level information on sovereigns and financial institutions. Standard & Poor's publishes its own content in terms of rating actions and rating reports. The Period of Performance for this requirement is 10/1/2016 - 9/30/2017. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.5 and FAR 3.302-1 respectively. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the services listed above. The deadline for submission is 28 June 2016 at 1:00 pm EST. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
