- Draft Scope of Work THIS PROCUREMENT IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE FOR ACTIVE 8(A) PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS ONLY. Only submit your interest with your Capabilities Statements responses VIA FBO THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is not a solicitation or a request for proposal and no contract will be awarded from this notice. This REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) will not be linked to the solicitation. The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Southeast Sunbelt Region, Services Acquisition Branch, is conducting market research to identify parties that have the current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, and capability to perform the work described herein. The Contractor shall provide the following: The Contract shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems and janitorial and related services located within the property line of the Estes Kefauver Federal Building and Courthouse (TN0052AA), Nashville, TN, Estes Kefauver Annex (TN0111AA), Nashville, TN, Parking Garage, Nashville (TN0112AA), TN, Columbia Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse, Columbia (TN0010ZZ), TN, L. Clure Morton United States Post Office & U.S. Courthouse, Cookeville (TN0011ZZ), TN. O&M and Janitorial services will be required for the Nashville, TN locations while only O&M services will be required for the Columbia and Cookeville, TN locations. AGAIN, THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. This is for planning purposes only and is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) tool to seek sources.
