- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is FA4814-16-T-F015. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida, requires the following: Outdoor Furniture. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT Items to be procured are shown below (PLEASE BID ON ALL ITEMS OR NONE): CLIN 0001 Outdoor Umbrella 4 Each CLIN 0002 Outdoor Umbrella Base 4 Each CLIN 0003 Outdoor 15 Piece Dining Set with Cushions 4 Each SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENTS FOR PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS. Compliance with DFARS 252.209-7991, Representation by Corporations Regarding an Unpaid Delinquent Tax Liability or a Felony Conviction under and Federal Law is required. All offerors are required to furnish a completed copy of the attached DFARS 252.209-7991 with your quote. Any offeror who does not provide this certification will not be considered for award.
