Period of Performance. Bid Base: the initial period of performance of the resultant contract shall not exceed 746 calendar days from contract award, includes the timeframe for Government installation of all UPS equipment. Bid Option 1: 90 calendar days after exercise of Option 1. The cut-off date and time for questions is 4:30PM (EST) on June 29, 2016. Final amendments will be posted no later than (NLT) July 6, 2016. Proposals from Offerors are due NLT 4:30PM (EST) on Friday July 13, 2016. ALL CONTRACT DRAWINGS WILL BE PROVIDED VIA CD-ROM DUE TO SECURITY CONCERNS. YOU CAN EITHER PICK THEM UP AS SCHEDULED WITH THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST BELOW OR WE CAN MAIL A COPY TO YOU. PLEASE EMAIL THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST WITH MAILING ADDRESS FOR A COPY OF THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS. See the attached Standard Form 33 for additional Clauses and Provisions pertaining to this solicitation.
