Description

This Justification and Approval document is being posted in accordance with FAR 6.305. The action being approved is for a modification to the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to continue the supply of orthopedic implants under the following contracts: VA797-P-0262 (Biomet); VA797-P-0263 (Depuy); VA797-P-0264 (Encore); VA797-P-0266 (Smith & Nephew); and VA797-P-0267 (Howmedica), by extending the ordering period by (6) months.
