Description

Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Reference Number is W91364-16-T-0014. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 532292 - Recreational Goods Rental and Leasing. The appropriate Size Standard is $7.5 Million. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Ohio Army National Guard requires the following Rental Equipment: (14); 4 passenger Golf Carts equipped with lights and Sun Canopies (5); Golf Carts with cargo beds, lights, and Sun Canopies (6); 6 passenger Golf Carts with lights and Sun Canopies Quotes will include delivery and pick-up from the Camp Perry National Matches in Port Clinton, Ohio. The requirement includes delivery to Camp Perry: 1000 Lawrence Drive, Port Clinton, OH 43452, and pick-up of the golf carts at the conclusion of the National Matches. Period of Performance: 01 July 2016 - 19 August 2016. Place of Performance: 1000 Lawrence Drive, Port Clinton, OH 43452. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision, transportation, labor, and other items and services necessary for the delivery, in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Only quotations including the complete requirement will be considered. Any resultant award will be made to the lowest priced offeror providing a technically acceptable offer. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price contract. The Government anticipates a single award. The delivery will be in accordance with the statement of work. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this FBO site frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition and are incorporated herein by reference: FAR Clause 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR Clause 52.212-3 ALT I. FAR Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items apply to this acquisition. FAR Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items applies per the following: paragraph (a) and the following clauses in paragraph (b) of 52.212-5 apply: 52.219-6, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.223-18; 52.225-1, 52.225-13 and 52.232-33.
