Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office/NCO7 intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Motorola, Inc., for preventative maintenance and repair of two-way radio communication infrastructure/hand held portable radios and Life Support Ambulance two-way communication system for a base year with four option periods. The NAICS code is 334220 with PSC of J058. This contract action is for maintenance and repair services two-way communication devices for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) as a brand name acquisition. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested vendors may submit a capability statement which shall be reviewed by the agency for future requirements.
