THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. The purpose of this RFI is to obtain market information and capabilities for planning purposes and to determine appropriate strategies to meet the Agency's requirements. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ) or a commitment for an RFP/ RFQ in the future. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), Exchanges with Industry before Receipt of Proposals, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The government intends to award this as a Firm-Fixed Price Contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to the Sources Sought Notice. Information received from this Sources Sought Notice may be utilized in preparing potential solicitation documentation. It is the contractor's responsibility to identify proprietary information in response to this notice. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification. NAICS Code 562910 - Environmental Remediation Services - 750 Employees Response Due Date: Thursday June 23, 2016 @ 1300 Local Time Interested contractors are strongly encouraged to provide the following at a minimum: 1. Business Size & Classification(s) 2. Contact Information 2. Capabilities Statements 3. Past Performance/ Contract(s) Information which demonstrates ability to satisfy the requirements of the Draft Statement of Work. 4. ID relevant experience working CERCLA sites, particularly landfills with sensitive natural features including endangered species, wetlands, and vegetation challenges. 5. If you have the ability, provide resumes reflecting project team's experience that's required in draft statement of work. 6. Provide comments, questions, and concerns regarding draft statement of work. 7. Providing potential estimated pricing for base with four (4) Option years for services (For MARKET RESEARCH ONLY and to identify potential contract reviews that may be needed) 8.
