Redacted Justification The 413 th Contracting Support Brigade, Regional Contracting Office- Hawaii (RCO- HI), Contracting Operations Division (COD) intends to award a noncompetitive modification to pre- existing contract number W912CN-15-P-0010 to VIP Sanitation; 662 Hoohai PL, Pearl City, HI 96782 This is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation is available. The Government intends to modify the commercial service using FAR Part 12 and intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirements.
