Drawing D Drawing C Drawing B Drawing A Site Visit Registration Form DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This service is a 100% set-aside for Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) to provide replacements of the heating, ventilating and air condition (HVAC) units, which include the removal and disposal of the existing units at Watts Bar Lock, Decatur, TN in accordance with the attached scope of work. HVAC units shall be of a “manufacturers standard” requirement, which is defined as being in satisfactory commercial or industrial use for two years before bid opening. The 2-year manufacturer’s experience shall include applications of components and equipment under similar circumstances and of similar size. The two years must be satisfactorily completed by a product that is sold on the commercial market through advertisements, manufacturer’s catalogs, or brochures. Products having less than a 2-year field service record will be acceptable if a certified record of satisfactory field operation, for not less than 6,000 hours exclusive of the manufacturer’s factory tests can be shown. The equipment items shall be supported by a service organization.
