TITLE: U.S. Government seeks to lease office and related space in Region 3/Philadelphia, PA vicinity SOLICITATION NO: 16-Reg03 NOTICE TYPE: Sources Sought CLASSIFICATION CODE: X - Lease of rental facilities NAICS CODES: 531120 -- Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Miniwarehouses) SYNOPOSIS: The U.S. GOVERNMENT seeks to lease the following office space through the Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP): State: Pennsylvania City: Philadelphia Delineated Area: East: Delaware River West: 40th Street North: Vine Street on the East side of the Schuykill & Powelton Ave on the West side South: Pine Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,820 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 6,111 Space Type: Office Term: 10 YR/5 YR Firm Agency Specific Requirement: (including GOV parking) • 1. Space shall be contiguous and located on the second floor or above. • 2. Building floor plate must be a minimum of 15,000 SF. • 3. Column spacing should be a minimum of 25' on center. • 4. Controlled parking shall be located on site. If not available, public parking shall be available within two (2) blocks walking distance. • 5. Public transportation shall be available within two (2) blocks walking distance. HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 16-Reg03. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the "Register to Offer Space" link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the "HELP" tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during any "Open Period," which will typically be the 1 st through 7 th of each month, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the 7 th of the month. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 16-Reg03 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
