This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this procurement is W911QY-16-T-0016 and issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Regulation Supplement (DFARS). The North American Industry Classification System is 333926. This requirement is a Total (100%) Small Business Set-Aside. SUBMISSION AND EVALUATION OF PROPOSALS: To assure timely and equitable evaluation of the Quote, offerors shall follow the instructions contained herein.
