Description

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) desires to lease sufficient Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of existing real property or new construction to yield up to approximately 18,816 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) in Jackson, TN for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). Clinical space must be contiguous space. One-site parking for 100 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. Space within or fronting the following boundaries will be considered: Bounded in the north by Ashport Road Bounded in the south by US Route 70/Chester Street Bounded in the east by US Highway 70 Bounded in the west by Bypass 45 Potential offerors shall thoroughly and completely read all documents in the solicitation package accompanying RLP VA249-16-R-0319. Offers are due Wednesday, July 6, 2016 3:00 pm CST. Question Submission regarding RLP VA249-16-R-0319 shall be submitted via email only to the Lease Contracting Officer (LCO) no later than Friday June 24, 2016, 3:00 pm CST. No questions or requests for clarification will be accepted via phone. The LCO will issue an amendment to the RLP no later than Wednesday, June 29, 2016, 3:30 pm CST addressing all questions. If no questions are received no amendment will be issued. With respect to all matters relating to the lease acquisition for the subject project, only the LCO shall have the authority to issue and amend the RLP and award a Lease.
