Description

SOW Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The National Weather Service, Office of Dissimination, Silver Spring, Maryland has a requirement for Radio Frequency (RF) Interference Study and Installation of Antenna and Cables in Guam in accordance with the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Period of Performance: June 26, 2016, or date of award whichever is later, through August 31, 2016. Place of delivery: National Weather Service, Guam. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Offers can be submitted by mail, fax or electronically. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM): www.sam.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is 5985 and NAICS Code is 811213, small business size standard is $11.0 million. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor FEDBIZOPPS for the release of the RFQ, specification, and all subsequent amendments.
