Description

Redacted JEFO for W81XWH-15-F-0418 for a 6 month ext of services. This award provides for services in support of the Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System – Industrial Hygiene (DOEHRS-IH) in its production, development, test and training environments. This effort provides Tier III Maintenance support to ensure DOEHRS-IH web, mobile, and data warehouse capabilities are available to the Military Health System (MHS) user community. This includes services necessary for the Contractor to manage its own staff, resources, products, and schedules in performing work. The Contractor shall provide support for testing, production insertion, transition to production, management and documentation, security maintenance, security testing of the DOEHRS-IH applications specifically set forth in this order. The Contractor shall provide collaborative support to all other contractors who may be tasked with application configuration by DHSS. The Contractor shall also provide technical/analytical support for acquisition of hardware and software to support these systems. The Contractor shall provide operations support including production insertions and transitions to production, maintenance of software and troubleshooting for application and database servers.
