- Synopsis: This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation AG-8379-S-16-0014 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with an issue date of June 14, 2016 and a closing date of June 23, 2016 at 10:00 AM MST. The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 444220, with a small business size standard of $11.0M. The Santa Fe National Forest Supervisor's Office is soliciting for quotations on a competitive basis from qualified organizations to enter into a firm fixed price contract for the following seedling tree protective product requirements: Item Quantity Solid Tube Seedling Protector 4" x 24" 30,000 EA Rigid Mesh Seedling Protector Tube 4" x 24" 30,000 EA bamboo stakes 8-10mm x 3ft 60,500 EA 6" to 8" cable ties 120,500 EA Freight to Santa Fe, NM 87508 Responses to solicitation AG-8379-S-16-0014 must be in accordance with all specifications referenced in and/or found in this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government based on price (including freight charges for delivery to Santa Fe, NM 87508) and availability of the products required. Please specify in your quotation how quickly the required products will ship upon receipt of an order from the US Forest Service.
