Description
This procurement is 100% set-aside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB). The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Park, Hodgenville, KY. Work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies and incidentals to repair and rehabilitate the Visitor Center ¿s foundation per Statement of Work. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $300,000 and $315,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Larue County, KY will apply. Bid bond (10%) is required. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number:P16PS01672 hereby is issued as a Request for Proposal. This acquisition is reserved exclusively for SDVOSB business concerns. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990 and the size standard is $15.0M. It is the contractor ¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by mid/late July 2016. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors. Bidders must be able to provide references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
