- Subcontractor Qualification The successful subcontractor shall be evaluated against the following criteria, in addition to project specific technical requirements, which will be provided in the formal solicitation. · The key personnel shall have experience on a minimum of 3 similar projects within the last 5 years of comparable projects (size, scope, and complexity) to illustrate their experience in the proposed work, their participation in the example projects, and any other relevant qualifications. · PM or Superintendent experience with at least one DOE project in the last 5 years specifically dealing with Environmental and Safety Compliance. · Offeror shall provide examples of successful completion of any projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting customer satisfaction, in the last 5 years. List a minimum 3 projects for comparison of project budget and schedule (planned versus actual). · The Offeror shall have at least one successful DOE/SLAC project in the last 5 years dealing with Environmental and Safety Compliance. · SLAC reserves the option with permission from the Offeror, to contact the customer to validate the Offeror's performance.
