- Sources Sought Form - Interested Contractor's please fill out and return. The Bighorn National Forest is seeking interested Contractors to remove an existing asphalt trail, removal of existing chain link fence and associated posts, excavation, embankment, and earthwork associated with trail reconstruction, construction of a new reinforced concrete trail, installation of precast modular block component retaining walls, installation of chain link fence, and site grading. You may Google: Bighorn National Forest - for information on roads, terrain, and other pertinent information. The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, licensing, supervision, workman's compensation, unemployment insurance, and transportation to accomplish all work necessary for project. The use of bio-based products is anticipated in the performance of the contract.
