Notice Type: Posted Date: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation June 16, 2016 Original Set Aside: Response Date: Open Market - Small Business July 8, 2016 @ 2:00 p.m. Classification Code:NAICS Code: 7125 - Furniture Cabinets 337110 - Wood Kitchen Cabinets Countertops Synopsis: The WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia South Carolina intends to negotiate a firm fixed priced contract for services to provide fabrication and installation of solid surface countertops. Contractor shall manufacture and provide installation of 92 square feet of solid surface countertops with 601 inches of 3 inch backsplash and 2 inch built-up with a 3/8" double radius front edge. "Evaluation Criteria: oPast performance -The evaluation will be based on the past performance and capabilities of the prospective Contractors in relation to the needs of the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center as set forth in the RFQ. The merits of each quote will be evaluated carefully. Each quote must document the feasibility of successful implementation of requirements in the Statement of Work within the RFQ. Offerors must submit information sufficient to evaluate their quotes based on the detailed criteria below. oLPTA - Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a bid to the contracting office no later than July 8, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. EST. Bid packages may be sent to Mark West at Jeffrey.west3@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted.
