Statement of Work ERBE Argon Plasma Coagulator The Overton Brooks Veterans Affairs Medical Center (OBVAMC), located at 510 E Stoner Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71101 plans to procure an ERBE Argon Plasma Coagulator for Gastroenterology Section of Medical Service. The Contractor/Vendor selected for this equipment purchase will be responsible for delivery to: Overton Brook VA Medical Warehouse/Inside Delivery, VA Medical Center, 510 E Stoner Avenue, Shreveport, LA 71101 The Contractor/Vendor shall provide all tools, materials and supplies to complete the delivering and installation of this furniture. The Contractor/Vendor must provide his/her own vehicles, fuel, and all necessary laborers. The Contractor's/Vendor's personnel must unload and transport furniture into building, assemble all furniture and install as per customer provided layout. All packaging materials will be removed from jobsite on a daily basis by the Contractor/Vendor. Before the Contractor/Vendor leaves the jobsite a final inspection will be conducted with the Project Manager to assess for any damages
