Description

This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. The Samuel S. Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, NY requires 2.76 Full Time Equivalent (FTE) Board Certified/Eligible Internal Medicine or General Surgery Physicians for Hospitalist services weeknights, weekends and holidays. The NAICS Code assigned to this procurement will be 621111 - Offices of Physicians (except Mental Health Specialists) with a size standard $11M. The solicitation number will be VA528-16-R-0142. Offerors will be evaluated on Management, Experience and Staffing; Quality; Past Performance; Veterans Preference; and Price. Procurements will be made in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 15. The solicitation will contain requirements for 1 base year (beginning on December 5, 2016) with (4) 1-year options to renew thereafter. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about June 17, 2016 via FedBizOpps: http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
