- U.S. Government United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space: City, State: Lincoln, Kansas County: Lincoln County Delineated Area: : The area to be considered must be within an area bound on the north by Navajo Drive between 180th Road and 200th Road; Milo Drive between 200th Road and 210th Road; on the east by 200th Road between Navajo Drive and Milo Drive; 210th Road between Milo Drive and Lark Drive/Hwy 18; on the south by Lark Drive/Hwy 18, and on the west by 180th Road between Navajo Drive & the Railroad and the Railroad between 180th Road and Lark Drive. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,900 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,190 ABOA Rentable Square Feet (RSF): Not to exceed 3,669 RSF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Twenty-six (26) Parking Spaces (Surface): 26 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: 10 Years (120 Months) Firm Term: 5 Years ( 60 Months ) Termination Rights: 120 Days' in whole or in part beginning in the 6th year Option Term: None Additional Requirements: The lessor to provide 26 on-site paved and marked parking spaces in a lot under the control of the Lessor.
