This action is now being solicited as Unrestricted (aka Full and Open); 2) Upload the attached "Q&As Round 1" excel workbook. Additionally, the workbook has a new tab titled "Q&As Round 2" designated for potential new questions as a result of this amendment, which are due on June 20, 2016/8:00AM CST; 3) Upload the attached "Revision 1 to Atch 2 - Salient Characteristics" excel workbook, which has been revised as a result of Q&As Round 1; and 4) Extend the proposal due date from June 20, 2016/1:00PM to June 27, 2016/8:00AM CST.
