Description

Single Source J&A THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The 45 th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for EOS.Web e-Library - Enterprise subcription. Period of performance is 01 Sep 2016 to 31 Aug 2017. This is a Sole Source with SirsiDynix EOS LLC IAW FAR 6.302-1. SirsiDynix EOS LLC is the only source capable of fulfilling the government's requirement. EOS International EOS.Web Enterprise SaaS ("Enterprise") product was developed at private expense by EOS International. Enterprise is a proprietary software product that is only available from EOS International and EOS International retains the exclusive trademark, copyright, trade secret and/or patent rights to the Enterprise software. The Enterprise software is provided only to those users that have signed a licensing agreement, therein agreeing to protect the confidentiality of the proprietary information and trade secrets of EOS Internationals Enterprise software. EOS International has sole knowledge of the development of the software and certain configuration requirements that are exclusive to the Enterprise software. Consequently, only EOS International is able to sell and maintain the software as well as continue to make further enhancements in the Enterprise software. The attached Sole Source Justification has been made available for review. No solicitation documents exist at this time. This item/service utilizes North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 511210. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that SirsiDynix EOS LLC is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
