- Solicitation Audiometer Salient Characteristics: Clinical Audiometric Suite All equipment must be compatible with AudBase software approved by DOD and required by the hearing center of excellence for use in documenting clinic diagnostic exams. In the room monitor to provide counseling to patient required. Audiometer, Tympanometer, Soundfield speakers and additional accessories to run equipment required. If computer based, must have audiometer control panel as well as computer accessories for dual function. Audiometer Audiometer must be a two-channel clinical diagnostic manual audiometer. • Pure Tone - Two Independent Channels • Frequency Range: Full Frequency Range: 125Hz to 20,000Hz Air Conduction: 125Hz to 12,000Hz High Frequency: 8,000Hz to 20,000Hz Bone Conduction: 250Hz to 8,000Hz Sound Field and Paired Inserts: 125Hz to 8,000Hz • Intensity Range: Air Conduction (TDH): -10dB HL to 120dB HL Bone Conduction: Mastoid: -10dB HL to 75dB HL, Forehead: -10dB HL to 70dB HL Sound Field: -10dB HL to 90dB HL Masking: Narrow Band Noise, White Noise, Speech Noise • Format: Steady, Pulsed or FM tone • Communications and Monitoring: Talk Forward, Talk Back, Monitor, Aux Intercom • Special Tests (user defined): MLB, Lombard Test, Pure Tone Stenger, Speech Stenger and SAL.
