This is a Request for Proposals. Proposals will be received and evaluated in strict accordance with the requirements that are indicated in the Solicitation document. Attention is directed to Section 00100 of the Solicitation, in which the date, time, and pre-registration requirements are identified for the on-site Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit. This Section also includes information pertaining to the submittal of questions through the ProjNet Bidder Inquiry system. Attention is also directed to the several Exhibit attachments that have been posted with the Solicitation document. Each of these is essential to the successful preparation and submission of a proposal in accordance with the Solicitation requirements.
